“Nica” is a Sicilian word that means small. Vigna Nica is in fact a Sicilian entrepreneurial reality that today cultivates almost 5 hectares. The vineyards are located in the province of Messina, overlooking the Aeolian Islands and falling within the production area of the D.O.C. Mamertino. Alongside classic organic-farming methods, Maria Genovese combines biodynamic farming techniques to experiment and, above all, can be found on the land every day, learning to get to know the area better, with full respect for nature.
