The estate, founded by Mimmo Paone in 1991, was born with the precise intention of working with small numbers, preferring the typical vines of the territory and giving life to the three DOCs of the province of Messina: Malvasia delle Lipari, Faro and Mamertino di Milazzo where the vines are grown on medium-textured soils with a clayey and silt-sandy environment, in variable quantities with heights varying between 150 and 400 meters above sea level. The history of Cantine Paone – handed down from father to son – offers wine lovers high quality products which have often received awards from all over the world, with the awareness that the efforts made are fully rewarded by each individual customer who holds one of their wines in their heart.
