Barone Ryolo

In Milazzo the name of the Barone Ryolo echoes from time to time among old public buildings, squares or ancient palaces in memory of those characters who, over the centuries, have left tangible signs of their businesses. Today, the Organic Farm, “Barone Ryolo since 1824” is a young and dynamic entrepreneurial reality that takes care of the management of the Fontanelle agricultural fund, located on the hills of San Filippo del Mela in front of the Aeolian Islands, with passion and dedication. In the vineyard and in the cellar, work is rigorously controlled according to the organic farming regulations and in recent years the company has also specialized in the cultivation and distribution of gastronomic specialities that are unique in the world: exotic fruits and, in particular, an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The latter is extracted according to the cold pressed method and at a temperature not exceeding 27 ° C. It is made up of various local qualities such as Ogliarola Messinese, Nocellara, Biancolilla Coratina and Sant’Agatese.
